MEET YOUR COACH

It's good to have you here! My name is Collin Feck and I'm the owner of Strong For Life LLC.

I've been in the fitness space now for just over 12 years and I had a similar start just like most people.

I wanted to get into fitness because I knew it was the way to gain confidence, increase self esteem, and to enhance how I felt about myself.

My first year of working out I Yo-Yo'd like most people do when they embark in their fitness journey. I started with at home workout programs such as Insanity and P90x at the age of 15 because I wanted quick results and that's what they promised.

When I didn't acquire the results I was hoping for, I would just throw in the towel, call it quits, and go on a straight eating binge. That continuous cycle went on for months and months.

Which then made me realize it wasn't the programs that were the problem. It was my relationship with fitness that was the problem.

That's why with this Bootcamp, I want this to serve as a kickstart to a long lasting lifestyle change for those that have been searching for it!

Here's a common misconception in the fitness space...

So many people are told "eat less and move more"

While there is some truth to that, people take that statement way to far

They starve themselves (eating around 1200 calories a day), spend two hours in the gym six days a week, and wonder why they feel sluggish

The clients I'm working with now are in the gym for only 30 - 45 minutes, doing cardio 2-3 days per week, fueling their bodies with foods they enjoy, and are having body fat melt off of them

We live in a very fast paced society and it's only getting busier by the minute
